Well just another hour and a half ride this am. Nothing special just a cruise. felt pretty good. I might have to turn into a morning person since the past two rides have been really nice in the cool am weather.

Lance is in yellow again (no suprise) and the next real stage is on sunday. Thats when they hit the mountains! Wathching the flat stages is rather boring until the end or a good crash (much like nascar) .
