Well I am off to the gym to get my rear kicked by the squat machine( no pun intended) I also started doing some lower back, shoulder and ab work as well. I think this is the reason I have having trouble dropping that last 10 lbs.I would rather have ten lbs of muscle than fat though.It will come off soon or a later.

Yea spring is here it was 80 out yesterday and we were busy at the shop. the reptiles are out in full force. I have not seen any snakes yet, maybe on thursdays ride I can get a picture of one on the trail. This is the most dangerous time to get close though as they are hungry from the winter.

I am thinking of taking a few nutrition courses at Pima College. That has been interesting me for some time now.I look into that.

I stare at my bike every morning and really want to ride it. It sits across my office from me and taunts me with its trashed paint reminding me of old rides. It casually leans against the wall watching its partners the water jugs for the water machine and a bamboo plant I still need to get in the ground at my home. I would rather be riding!
